In addition to the estimates provided in this report, estimates for health insurance coverage and other characteristics for the nation are accessible using the CPS Table Creator. This tool gives data users the ability to create customized tables from the Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement (CPS ASEC). Estimates for health insurance coverage and other economic characteristics at various geographic levels are available in American FactFinder at for data from the American Community Survey (ACS). Microdata are available for download by clicking on “Data Tools” on the Census Bureau’s home page and then clicking the “DataFerrett” link. Technical methods have been applied to CPS microdata to avoid disclosing the identities of individuals from whom data were collected.
